With God’s favor and your faithful support, Eastridge Church has had an incredible impact by offering the hope and purpose found in Jesus Christ. Together we will equip families and leaders, empower the next generation, and help those who can’t help themselves. We are extending the reach. We are building the church. Online giving is a safe and easy way to support the ministries of Eastridge Church. This system enables you to support the church by making a one-time contribution or establishing a recurring contribution. Keeping your information and contribution secure is a top priority to Eastridge Church. Learn more at the bottom of this page about how Eastridge Church keeps your information secure.

Q: Is it safe to give online?
Yes. In many ways giving online is safer than writing a check because an electronic gift cannot be lost or stolen. At Eastridge Church, we use an online database called Fellowship One and Pushpay. Their systems allows us to provide access to your contribution records and allows you to make donations online. They provide all of the security for the systems.
Your information is held securely by the Pushpay and Fellowship One systems. This information will remain private and will never be given away to third parties, other than to process your scheduled contributions.
Please help us keep your information safe by protecting your login information. Access to sensitive personal and financial information can be gained by letting someone else use your account or by leaving the information for someone else to see. Eastridge Church will never call you to ask for your login information.
Q: What types of bank accounts can I give from?
You can give online from your MasterCard, or Visa.
Q: Are there any fees involved with giving online?
Not to you. You will not pay any fees with an online gift. Eastridge Church is charged a percentage of your gift, so you may want to write a check if the amount is significant, approximate credit card processing fee is 2%.
Q: Can I make a one-time contribution?
Yes. The system allows you the option of either making a one-time contribution or setting up a recurring contribution.
Q: If I want to set-up a recurring gift, what are my options for frequency of my gift?
For recurring gifts, you have the option of giving daily, weekly, month, or annually.
Q: Can I change my personal information or the amount or the frequency of my gift once I have set it up?
Yes. You can change or cancel your contribution at any time before the date of your next contribution. Simply log in to the system using your user name and password and make the necessary changes in the system.
Q: How can I create an account?
Immediately following your first giving a confirmation screen will appear and suggest you sign up. Your mobile phone number will be refilled in. In the first open box type whatever you would like you password to be, and then confirm the password in the second open text box. You will receive a text message shorty after you create your account, follow the link to verify your mobile phone. You will also receive an email to verify. The link will prompt you to download the app. Now you are all ready to start making fast mobile giving!
Q: Can I review my donation history online?
Yes. Sign-in here to your online giving history. If this is your first time signing in, this screen will allow you to set up a new account with Fellowship One.
Q: Will I still receive regular contribution statements from the church?
Yes. The church will continue to send contribution statements to your address on file for tax purposes.
Q: Can I designate my gift to a particular cause?
Yes, you can designate your gift to go toward different funds. Select the “Other” Giving Type option in the Pushpay interface. Then in the line below there is a memo line where you can briefly describe the fund or purpose you would like your gift to be applied to. Note: If you select the “Other” Giving Type but do not include a memo of the direction of the gift, then your giving will default to Issaquah – Tithes and Offerings.
Q: How will I know that I set up my gift correctly?
Immediately after submitting your contribution, you will receive an e-mail verifying your contribution.
Q: Does it matter which Internet browser I use?
No. Any browser will work.
Q: I have additional questions about online giving that have not been addressed. Who can I talk to?
For any questions, concerns or comments about the online giving system, please email us. You will receive a response from our staff as soon as possible.
Q: How do I make changes or cancel contributions online?
Provided that you are logged into your Pushpay account you can schedule new contributions at any time and can modify or cancel those contributions at any time prior to the date they are scheduled. Once the contribution has been processed, however, it cannot be cancelled.
PRIVACY AND REFUND POLICY
SECURITY: Your privacy is important to us. The personal information you enter on-line such as credit card, name, phone number, email and mailing address, are encrypted using secure socket layer (SSL) encryption technology.
PERSONAL INFORMATION: This site may request personally identifiable data from you (“personal Information”), which may include your email address, domain name or other personal information such as your address, telephone number, etc., and in the case of online giving, credit card number and expiration date. In addition our web server may automatically recognize and store your email address or your domain name when you log into our site or the email address of those who communicate with us via email. And we may aggregate information about what pages on our site you visit or access. Eastridge Church endeavors to do its best to protect the privacy of your personal information and will not use this information except in connection with your use of this web site and for the development of the website so that we can provide you with the highest quality of services. We may use your email address to send you information concerning the church and this website, unless you advise us that you do not wish to receive this information. Eastridge Church will not release your personal information to any unrelated third party without your consent, except if required to do so by law.
DONATING ONLINE AND REFUND POLICY: If you submit a donation online and there is an error in the amount of the transaction, please contact Linda Crawford in the church office (425) 270-6300. If have concerns about use of the donation that you have given, please contact us within 30 days of the donation and we will resolve the issue.
POLICIES FOR INDIVIDUALS 18 AND UNDER: We encourage parents to spend time with their children online and discourage information submitted to this site by individuals 18 years old or younger without their parent’s or guardian’s consent. We collect a child’s name, email address and mailing address when it is volunteered for the purpose of emailing newsletters and updates on activities at church of interest to your child.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS: At any time, you may obtain a summary of the personal information on record with Eastridge Church which has been collected about you via the website. In addition, at any time you may request to correct the personal information, request that such information be removed form the Eastridge Church database, or request that Eastridge Church no longer solicit you either by email, telephone, regular mail or by any other means. To make any request described above, send an email or call the church office (425) 270-6300, when contacting us, please be sure to provide us with your exact email address, name, address and daytime telephone number so that we may handle your request correctly.
