GRAPHIC DESIGN & MARKETING DIRECTOR

The Graphic Design & Marketing Director serves as the chief graphic designer and primary architect for all communications at Eastridge Church. This role is responsible for the creation of all graphics, brand management, planning and coordination of marketing and communication elements, execution of marketing plans, and creative idea generation. This role will work closely with the Lead Pastor, Creative Team and other pastors.

Other required knowledge, skills and abilities:
Experience in graphic design across multiple channels.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in marketing management and strategic planning.
Strong computer skills (Mac environment) in: Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, social media platforms, website development.

PART-TIME RECEPTIONIST

The part-time receptionist is responsible to help facilitate daily operations at Eastridge Church by greeting the public at the front desk, in person and over the phone, routing pastoral care needs, maintaining the workroom office supplies and equipment, managing print jobs and bulletin assembly, and handling requests for financial assistance. The role will support the team administratively as needed and use church management software. Will work closely with executive team, pastoral and office team, among others.

Other required knowledge, skills and abilities:
Ability to learn computer skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to assess and prioritize multiple projects, tasks and demands

PRODUCTION DIRECTOR

The Production Director builds and leads volunteer teams to facilitate ministry for weekend services, weekly ministry, and special events within the ministry of Eastridge Church (Issaquah Campus). The Production Director will be responsible for all production related spaces (auditorium, café, lobby, kidzone, student center, chapel) and oversee staff and equipment related to these areas. This role will work closely with the Worship Pastor and Lead Pastor.

Other required knowledge, skills and abilities:
Two years of relevant experience.
Knowledge of audio engineering, lighting and video production, including Apple computers and software.
Strong communication skills and leadership ability.

CHRISTIAN SCHOOL

2-Day, 3-Day or 4-Day Assistant Teachers (4 hours per day)

Teach Assistants support the Lead Teacher and assist in various activities associated with teaching, to instruct and supervise the students in social and developmental activities and generally provide one-on-one attention when needed. Requirements include a strong and personal commitment to Jesus, love for working with young children, must attend church regularly and be active in church ministry, and have an understanding of child development.
