This isn’t a test for “the creative people.” Every role on staff, from tech to hospitality to teaching, runs on the same two-part process: coming up with possibilities, and then deciding which one to implement. This short test shows you which of four natural styles you lean toward, and where you land on the scale between divergent and convergent thinking. No answer is a box you’re stuck in, most people are a genuine blend, and that’s the point!
