Steve Jamison is the Lead Pastor of Eastridge Church in Issaquah, WA, a multi-site church with two campuses in the Seattle area and one in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. Before coming to Eastridge in 1999, Steve served for 14 years as a full time evangelist; his travels have taken him into 37 nations on six continents. Steve is a member of the International Media Ministries Board (Madrid, Spain) and Convoy of Hope National Pastors’ Committee. He previously served as a member of the Assemblies of God World Missions Board. He is the co-founder of Jammin’ Against the Darkness, an evangelistic outreach featuring NBA-style hoops, award-winning music and the message of Jesus Christ. He has led Jammin’ in some of America’s premier venues including two events in Madison Square Garden, the Verizon Center, and Safeco Field. Jammin’ has seen thousands of people make commitments to Christ and events have been broadcast worldwide. Steve’s speaking schedule takes him to a variety of audiences each year ranging from professional sports athletes, business and government leaders, and people building their lives and families. He is a graduate of Northwest University where he earned his undergraduate degree and a Masters in missional leadership. Pastor John K. Jenkins Sr. has been preaching the Good News since he was licensed as a minister in 1973 at 15 years old. He has traveled the world preaching and teaching about the love of Jesus Christ with a steadfast quest to “develop dynamic disciples.”

His pastoral journey began in February 1987 when he was called to serve as the senior pastor at Union Bethel Church in King George, Va. Since becoming senior pastor of First Baptist Church of Glenarden in 1989, church membership has grown from 500 to more than 10,000. Today, an average 11,000 people attend weekly between its two campuses.

Pastor Jenkins is the board chairman for the National Association of Evangelicals, Project Bridges and The Skinner Institute. He is also a board member for Denver Seminary, the Greater Prince George’s Business Roundtable and University of Maryland Capital Region Health. For two years, Pastor Jenkins served as vice president/executive director of National Ministries with Converge Worldwide. He was formerly on the boards of Great Dads, Teen Challenge and a local bank. Pastor Jenkins serves as chairman emeritus of SHABACH! Ministries, Inc.

In 2001, Pastor Jenkins received an honorary Doctorate of Divinity from Southern California School of Ministry. After becoming a licensed pilot in 2002, he takes great delight in flying. Pastor Jenkins holds his role as family man as the highest treasure. He and his wife, Trina, are the proud parents of six children and six grandchildren.

Gayle Brocks-Becoat has enjoyed a diverse 30+ year career as an engineering and HR professional. She recently retired from the Boeing Company, as the Director of Boeing Defense Systems (BDS) Engineering Workforce Development. Prior to this role, Gayle held several executive leadership roles in Human Resources including Strategic Business Partner, Strategy and Integration leader, and Learning and Development Client Partnership leader. Gayle began her career in engineering, as a materials and process engineer with Rockwell Aerospace. Gayle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical and Materials Engineering from Vanderbilt University; a Master of Arts degree in Business Administration; and a Masters in Leaning Technology both from Pepperdine University.

He specializes in strategic research for up-and-coming products, defining the market strategy of how to win the hearts of users. Currently, he is the author of the Critical User Journey Playbook, Google’s company-wide strategy of how to define what matters most to customers and measure success. This practice is quite literally at the heart of how Google operates and impacts all 100k employees. Doug and his family are also members of Eastridge Church, where Doug has become an active leader in Children’s ministry. He and his wife, LaNetta, own Gossypium Quilt Shop, a fabric store in Issaquah, WA.

With more than three decades of ministry leadership experience, Cheryl Jamison has served with a call to lead women to live up to their full potential as women with passion, purpose and practical faith. Married for 36 years to her husband Steve Jamison, they serve Eastridge Church in Issaquah, Washington as Lead Pastors in ministry that spans from “The I-90 corridor to the ends of the Earth.” Currently she serves on the Executive Team of Eastridge Church overseeing Culture and DNA, and leading Women’s Ministries. In this role Cheryl has led the women through many areas of spiritual growth and discipline, intentionally creating a climate of grace that calls women to want to be more, to accomplish more, and to develop a deep and mature life of faith. She also serves on the governance board of Convoy of Hope. Cheryl is ordained through The General Council of the Assemblies of God. Her greatest strengths are the combination of humor, grace, truth and God’s Word that will challenge and encourage the hearts others. Cheryl’s consistency is one of the greatest gifts she brings to the ministry team at Eastridge and is something that she places a high priority on—consistency as a wife, mother, grandmother, employee and most importantly woman of God.

He graduated from Northwest University in 2006, with his Bachelor’s in Pastoral Ministry and a Minor in Communication and Preaching and joined the Eastridge team following graduation. Josh graduated in 2021 with a Master of Arts in Ministerial Leadership from Southeastern University. Josh and Carrie are the parents of two young boys. His passions include preaching, teaching, evangelism and basketball!

Kathy Lambert is the former District 3 King County councilmember, the largest of the nine council districts, encompassing nearly half the area of the County. Some of Kathy’s passions include working with the juvenile justice system in programs to keep kids out of the legal system, protecting the survivors of domestic violence and working to ensure that government is both efficient and effective. Kathy was honored in 2013 by the United Way of King County as Outstanding Public Official of the Year for her work with Safe Place, by the Zonta Club of East King County for her leadership on the prevention of domestic violence, and by King County as a Technology Champion. Prior to serving on the King County Council, Kathy was a State Representative from the 45th District for seven years. She received her BA and her teaching credential from the University of Washington. Kathy taught school for sixteen years and is also a published poet and author of a children’s book about the life of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Kathy enjoys traveling, writing and being a grandmother.

Born in Plattsburgh, New York and raised in the culturally diverse city, Montreal, Quebec, Canada, he is married to Lynda, his wife of 28 years and they are proud parents of their son, Liam. A graduate of McGill University Conservatory of Music, CPCC Bible School and 30 years of pastoral experience, Billy strongly believes in a systemic approach to teaching, while experiencing the love of God through creative expression. He is passionate about partnering with families to see children thrive and grow into the person God created them to be. Billy’s ideal day is one with his family, enjoying live theater, an exceptional cup of coffee in hand and a side of all things sweet and chocolate!

Dan served as the children’s pastor at Eastridge from 2006 to 2015, and then, after being away for two years, returned to serve in the family life role in 2017. He has a B.A. in Church Ministry and M.A. in Bible and Theology. Dan has a passion to strengthen marriages and families, and to see every believer thrive in the gifts that God has given them to serve others. He is married to Rebekah, an ordained minister, author and popular retreat speaker. They have three children. Dan enjoys running, disc golf, ultimate frisbee and adventuring with his family around the Seattle area.

He has 20 years of industrial supply chain leadership experience including sales, marketing and construction project management on the West Coast and Japan. David started with the Papé Group in 2004 after graduating from the University of Nebraska at Kearney. He has been in the Papé leadership role since 2013. Prior to that he was a Senior Procurement Agent for Boeing working on the 767/KC-46 Tanker program. He is a licensed general contractor for the Papé Group in Oregon and Nevada and feels blessed to work for a private, professed Christian company that is committed to consistent, quality, customer service. David and his wife, Adrienne, have been members at Eastridge since 2004 and have 3 children. They have served in several volunteer roles and love calling Eastridge their church home.

Jason Smith is an investment manager and principal with NW Parks LLC and oversees a variety of company activities including asset management and acquisitions. Jason has been active in real estate investments and property management since 2017 when he worked with a boutique investment firm in Bellevue until May of 2020. Since then he has begun his own ventures in investment real estate focusing on mobile home parks, multi-family and self-storage properties. Jason has bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Pepperdine University.
