Jesus ministered during the passion week with humility and purpose (Matthew 21-27). The week of the passion was filled with profound teaching and revelation of Jesus as Lord of all.
Jesus cleanses the temple for the second time (Luke 19:45-48).
When Jesus entered the temple courts, he began to drive out those who were selling. “It is written,”he said to them, “ ‘My house will be a house of prayer’; but you have made it ‘a den of robbers.’” Every day he was teaching at the temple. But the chief priests, the teachers of the law and the leaders among the people were trying to kill him. Yet they could not find any way to do it, because all the people hung on his words.
The Jewish leaders question Jesus’ authority.
Jesus gives three parables on watchfulness.

The scripture is silent today, but let’s take this time to spend time in prayer and reflection about this week and the impact Christ has on each of our lives.
