Steve Jamison is the Lead Pastor of Eastridge Church in Issaquah, WA, a multi-site church with two campuses in the Seattle area and one in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. Before coming to Eastridge in 1999, Steve served for 14 years as a full time evangelist; his travels have taken him into 37 nations on six continents. Steve is a member of the International Media Ministries Board (Madrid, Spain) and Convoy of Hope National Pastors’ Committee. He previously served as a member of the Assemblies of God World Missions Board. He is the co-founder of Jammin’ Against the Darkness, an evangelistic outreach featuring NBA-style hoops, award-winning music and the message of Jesus Christ. He has led Jammin’ in some of America’s premier venues including two events in Madison Square Garden, the Verizon Center, and Safeco Field. Jammin’ has seen thousands of people make commitments to Christ and events have been broadcast worldwide. Steve’s speaking schedule takes him to a variety of audiences each year ranging from professional sports athletes, business and government leaders, and people building their lives and families. He is a graduate of Northwest University where he earned his undergraduate degree and a Masters in missional leadership. Steve and his wife Cheryl have three adult children and make their home in Sammamish, WA.

Doug Clay was elected chief executive officer of the General Council of the Assemblies of God at the 57th General Council in August, 2017. As general superintendent of the Assemblies of God, USA, part of the largest Pentecostal denomination in the world, he is a member of the denomination’s Executive Leadership Team and Executive Presbytery. The church has more than 13,000 congregations in the United States with over three million adherents. The U.S. Assemblies of God is part of a larger World Assemblies of God Fellowship with a membership of over 68 million.

Prior to his present position, Clay served the church as its general treasurer for nine years. He was superintendent of the Ohio District from 2004-2008, and pastored Calvary Assembly of God in Toledo, Ohio, from 1997-2004. Clay has also served as the Assemblies of God national youth director (1995-1997), Ohio District youth director (1989-1995) and as a youth pastor in Ohio and Iowa. He is a 1985 graduate of Central Bible College in Springfield, Missouri.

Clay has a passionate love for the local church; he is a church health enthusiast and he effectively equips leaders to grow in their calling. Clay is the author of “Ordered Steps” and “Dreaming in 3D.”

He and his wife, Gail, have two grown daughters and seven grandchildren.

Rob Carlson is the lead pastor of Bethany Christian Assembly, a dynamic multisite, multigenerational church with 20+ weekly services and a heart for outreach. Rob has seen the church grow from 400 to nearly 2,500 people in weekly attendance in the 25 years he’s led the church. Rob has been instrumental in leading this historic church through times of change and transition, and reworking mission, vision, and values.

BCA is deeply committed to missions both local and global, supporting over 80 missionaries and missionary projects plus five Global Church Partnerships. Being a downtown church, Bethany reaches out through over 25 compassion ministry initiatives to minister to the needs of hurting people and has just recently purchased another building in the heart of the city to house the growing Bethany Compassion Center.

Rob is a graduate of the UW Business School, Fuller Seminary, and the AG Theological Seminary. He serves as an adjunct professor at Northwest University where he also graduated. Rob is the founder of Global Outreach & Leadership Development, which trains leaders around the world. He serves as the executive director of the Bethany Compassion Center and leads the global church partnerships initiative, which establishes partnerships with churches in each mission’s region around the world.

Rob loves sports and is a big Husky fan. His greatest delight is his family. Rob and Lisa have been married 35 years and have three sons, two daughters-in-law, and one grandson.

Darlene Crowder joined Foss Maritime Company in 2014 as the Vice President of Human Resources. Previously the top HR leader at Swedish Medical Group, she brings over 30 years of experience in various management and executive roles in private, public and non-profit organizations, having worked extensively in human resources throughout the Puget Sound.

Darlene is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources with the Society for Human Resource Management and the HR Certification Institute, and has an Accelerated Implementation Methodology Accreditation. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration – Industrial Relations from Central Washington University. A member of the National Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) as well as the Seattle SHRM chapter, she has worked for several Seattle-area companies and has provided human resources expertise to private employers as an independent consultant.

Darlene has served at Eastridge Church for more than 25 years in various ministries: women’s Bible study, Guest Services, Prayer Team, Church Board nominating committee, meals ministry and TRAC Camp.

She is a regular on Q13 FOX News, NBC, and CBS and is The One Minute Wellness Coach for The Doctors TV Show. She’s designed health coaching programs for executives and employees at Costco Wholesale, Caterpillar, Boeing, Amazon, and Waste Connections who usually put their health and wellness at the bottom of their list. She assists her clients in changing their mindset to level up their health, all while creating practical, healthy habits that will last a lifetime.Deborah holds a bachelor’s degree in Health Science with special study and university certification in Exercise Science. She also has additional certifications from American Health Science University as a certified nutritionist and has a double certification from the American College of Sports Medicine. Deborah is a cancer survivor and THRIVER and lives in Sammamish, WA, with her husband, Steve.

Enos is the survivor of two near fatal helicopter crashes and was a Captain when his military career ended. At Vision Sales and Marketing, Enos is a Costco specialist that aids clients in product ideation, packaging/merchandising, commercialization, strategic marketing plan development and execution of products sold in to Costco globally.  Past and present clients include a who’s who of fortune 500 companies to start-ups and emerging technologies. Steve and his wife Deborah have two young adult daughters, Jordan and Alexandra who live and work in the Seattle area.
