The primary responsibilities of this position include, monthly reconciliations and financial statement preparation, cooperate budget preparation and maintenance, filing monthly and annual tax forms and all corporate maintenance needs, support human resource requirements for all the church, and lead the accounting department with structure and positivity. MINISTRY LOGISTICS COORDINATOR
The vision for Ministry Logistics Coordinator is a positive and hard working person. Strong computer skills and knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, database, and publication software is necessary. Personal integrity and holiness are part of the job. The vision for the Café Manager is to demonstrate trust and loyalty with a mission focused entrepreneurial approach to leading. The Café exists to facilitate the vision of Eastridge leadership. The Café Manager will recruit and train volunteers with a goal to provide a welcoming environment for volunteers to work as well as customers to enjoy excellent service. While providing a mission focused environment, the Café Manager will manage the café food safety and financial performance to align with the overall food service budget process.
Other required knowledge, skills and abilities:
- Barista experience and/or food service professional
- Experience managing employees and volunteers
- Ability to assess and prioritize multiple projects, tasks and demands
