KITCHEN MANAGER

The Kitchen Manager demonstrates trust and loyalty as an integral ministry team member, champion and facilitate the vision of Eastridge in food and hospitality. They will schedule and supervise the use of the kitchen and personnel; maintain cleanliness and health standards; budget, plan and supervise the order, preparation, service and clean-up of all food service; work with church members and other guest groups that require kitchen assistance; create menus and perform inventory. CHILDREN’S MINISTRY OPERATIONS ADMINISTRATOR

The Children’s Ministry Administrator (part-time) is responsible for the week-to-week ministry details as the Personal Assistant to the Lead Children’s Pastor, giving oversight to ministry operations, calendar management, and communication. The successful candidate must be personable, energetic, organized, and methodical regarding work and attention to detail. CHILDREN’S MINISTRY NURSERY & CHILDCARE DIRECTOR

The Nursery & Childcare Director (part-time, 15-20 hours a week) on behalf of the Lead Children’s Pastor, is responsible for the week-to-week management of the Nursery Department, birth to 35 months for Eastridge Church services, and childcare coordination for non-service, Eastridge Church event requests. The successful candidate must be adept to caring for babies, (previous experience an asset), personable, energetic, organized, and methodical regarding work and attention to detail.

CHRISTIAN LEARNING CENTER

We start each day anew creating a play-based learning environment where children, teachers and parents are respected, encouraged and valued. We have the following positions available for our year-round program:
   – Infant teacher full-time
   – Toddler teacher full-time
   – Young Preschool part-time
   – Preschool full-time

FACILITIES STAFF

Facility Staff personnel will be responsible for the appearance, cleanliness, maintenance and security of the building and grounds. It is staff personnel’s responsibility to see that the church puts forth a spirit of excellence and that the facility and staff are prepared for every service and event.

Other required knowledge, skills and abilities:

  • General knowledge of church procedures and Accident Prevention Program.
  • General knowledge of building maintenance, general carpentry, plumbing, electrical, custodial skills and practices.
  • Ability to to communicate with staff and volunteers o facility needs and uses.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds and to have complete mobility to accomplish building and grounds maintenance activities.
