CHILDREN’S MINISTRY ADMINISTRATOR

Children’s Ministry Administrator is the backbone of logistics, inventory, budgeting, research, and operational management processes. The overall mission of this role is to serve the vision of the Children’s Ministry Pastor, management of team members, and handling Eastridge Kids’ daily operational needs. The successful person in this role will be personable, energetic, organized and methodical regarding work and attention to detail.

Other required knowledge, skills and abilities:
Ability to perform highly detailed work with accuracy and efficiency, organizational and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills, but verbal and written.
Experience with MS Office and comfortable learning and using specialized software.
Ability to integrate and collaborate professionally with co-workers, leadership and volunteers.

FACILITY MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

The Facility Maintenance Technician will be responsible for assistant in the maintenance, appearance, cleanliness and security of the buildings and grounds. It is staff personnel’s responsibility to see that the church puts forth a spirit of excellence and that the facility and staff are prepared for every service and event. This role will perform minor repairs (plumbing, painting, electrical, irrigation, etc.), inspect the facilities and premises for areas of need or concern, keep the facility clean, set-up and tear-down spaces as needed, and more. This role will work closely with the Facility Manager and Facility Experience Lead, as well as other facility team members and custodial.

Other required knowledge, skills and abilities:
Proficient user of large and small power tools, hand tools and safety equipment.
General knowledge of building systems and electrical/mechanical principles.
Ability to communicate with staff and volunteers on facility needs and uses.
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds and have complete mobility to accomplish tasks.

This role will work closely with the Facility Manager and Facility Coordinator, as well as other facility team members and custodial.

Other required knowledge, skills and abilities:
General knowledge of building maintenance, general carpentry, plumbing, electrical and custodial skills and practices.
Ability to communicate with staff and volunteers on facility needs and uses.
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds and have complete mobility to accomplish tasks.

ASSISTANT BOOKKEEPER

The Assistant Bookkeeper (part-time) will be responsible for accounts payable and other accounting office tasks. This person must be positive and hard working; a quick learner, with strong computer skills and knowledge of word and excel. This role will work closely with the Controller, Bookkeeper and other office/ministy teams.
